Application
- Team of experts at Newtech Industries have a great experience in designing and manufacturing of washing systems. Coconut washing system can wash whole coconuts or coconut pieces before disintegrating the coconut. The machine is available as Flood or Tank Washer and Screw Conveyor Washer.
- Every coconut washing system includes two stages in washing.
- This consists of a water filled steel tank connected with aerator water pump. Coconuts will move along with the water flow. A Specially designed conveyor is used for lift-up the coconuts and feed them to the next process. We can also fix water sprayer on top of the tank.
- This system consists of screw conveyor along with water sprayer system on top. As the coconuts move, water gets sprayed on to the coconuts and washes the coconut pieces.
