Copra Dryer is a specially designed drying unit to convert coconut into copra. This is an Air to Air tubular heat exchanger system. Where the normal atmosphere temperature enters inside the heating chamber converts into hot air and blown inside the dryer room.

WORKING SYSTEM
- Cut the coconuts into two pieces and keep them inside one room.
- Fire the heat exchanger and then switch on the blower.
- After attaining required temperature blow hot air inside the room for 10 to 14 hours.
- Once it is partially dried, Remove the outer shell of the coconut.
- Keep the coconut inside the room for second stage drying after removing the shell.
- Depending on type of coconut and moisture blow hot air to dry for about 8 to 12 hours.
- Your copra is ready. Slice the top layer and pack as required.
