Coconut breaker is used for breaking or cutting of whole dry coconut into two half pieces. This machine manufactured by Newtech industries is used for temples, copra manufacturers.

Coconut breaker machine has a manual feeding system. Once the coconut is kept inside the rotating wheel. The coconut passes through the blade and cuts into two pieces. Machine is available with Single head or Double head system.

Newtech industries manufactures two variants of this machine machine based on different capacities.

Copra Dryer

Copra Dryer is a specially designed drying unit to convert coconut into copra. This is an Air to Air tubular heat exchanger system. Where the normal atmosphere temperature enters inside the heating chamber converts into hot air and blown inside the dryer room.

We have 8 different models of the Copra Dryer based on capacity and machine power.

WORKING SYSTEM

  1. Cut the coconuts into two pieces and keep them inside one room.
  2. Fire the heat exchanger and then switch on the blower.
  3. After attaining required temperature blow hot air inside the room for 10 to 14 hours.
  4. Once it is partially dried, Remove the outer shell of the coconut.
  5. Keep the coconut inside the room for second stage drying after removing the shell.
  6. Depending on type of coconut and moisture blow hot air to dry for about 8 to 12 hours.
  7. Your copra is ready. Slice the top layer and pack as required.

Box Copra Dryer

Box Copra Dryer is used to dry fresh coconut and produce copra – Edible and milling. We can also use to dry copra and reduce the moisture percentage. It can also be used in coconut industry to dry small cut pieces and paring pieces.

  • Box Type Copra dryer is modified version of traditional copra drying system. Fire the Box Type Copra dryer machine.
  • Cut coconut into two pieces and keep them in the top chamber
  • Maintain the temperature around 80 to 90 degree centigrade
  • Run the machine for 8 to 10 hours. Keep reducing the temperature as the time progress after three to four hours maintain temperature around 80 degrees centigrade.
  • Check if it is dried if dried remove the outer shell and re-dry the copra for another 6 to 8 hours based on copra moisture percentage
