The coconut washing system includes two stages.

  • Flood or Tank Washer: This consists of a water filled steel tank connected with aerator water pump. Coconuts will move along with the water flow. A Special designed conveyor is used for lifting the coconut up and feed to the next process. We can also fix water sprayer on top of the tank.
  • Screw Conveyor Washer: This system consists of screw conveyor along with water sprayer system on top. As the coconuts move water is sprayed on to the coconuts and washes the coconut pieces.
