Bag Cleaning Machine

Bag cleaning machine is used to clean empty gunny bags and make it suitable for reuse. After emptying the bags there shall be some quantity of grains, seeds left over in the bag which will be wasted. Our machine can be used to remove and collect it. Bag cleaning machine is also used to remove dust, clean the bag for reuse.

  • Hold single bag to the cone. Move the gunny bag in and out for 3-4 times.
  • As the bag is moved inside the cone blower pulls all the products from the bag. All the products pass through the cyclone & is discharged through RAV. Only the fine dust passes to the blower and gets collected in bag filter of the machine.
  • No damage of grains & seeds. All gets collected at bottom of cyclone.
  • Bag filter makes the machine and surrounding dust free.
  • Use of high-pressure blower.
  • It comes with heavy construction & compact design.
  • Can process 200 to 300 bags per hour.
  • Power requirement 7.5, 10 or 15 HP depending on customer need.
